Refund policy

At Life is Art Club, every piece we release is created with purpose, passion, and a commitment to authenticity. As a small, independently run business, each item is produced in limited quantities and often made to order. Because of this, all sales are considered final. 

Due to the nature of our products and our scale of operation, we are currently unable to accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to size, change of mind, or order delays caused by third-party carriers.

Please ensure all sizing, product, and shipping details are accurate prior to completing your purchase.

We take quality seriously and thoroughly inspect all items before they leave our hands. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lifeisartxx@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description

We’ll review each case individually and work with you to find a reasonable solution at our discretion. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit, but are not guaranteed.

• Life is Art Club is not liable for lost or stolen packages, delivery delays, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout.

• Chargebacks or disputes made in violation of this policy may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
